“Fixed fee” servicing of your private rentals!
As your main key holder, we offer A FIXED FEE SERVICE to take care of your direct clients (or friends and family) during all periods that are outside of the major events. We will be on call to your direct clients during their stay and your client would sign an Everything Cannes contract and would follow the same rules and procedures as if it were Everything Cannes Rental’s client. This is to protect you for insurance purposes, and gives you peace of mind that your direct clients are taken care of in a professional manner.
The fixed fee option gives you the ability to factor in full support for your guests, giving you peace of mind and access to an operational system second to none to run your private rentals though.
This would include providing contracts, insurance, welcome pack, meeting & greeting them and taking them to the apartment (during office hours for free), explaining facilities, being their point of contact throughout their stay and departure cleaning.
Should you wish Everything Cannes to also take care of the financial aspect of a “private” let, then it would not be done on a fixed fee, but rather pass through our rentals system as a normal, commissionable rental.
Additional Service for your Direct Clients
Should you have a friend or direct client who wishes to stay in your apartment, they can pick your keys up at the office for no charge of course. However if you wish to follow the normal rental procedures in order to protect your interests then we will be happy to take that client on as an Everything Cannes client, providing contracts, insurance, full meet and greet, welcome pack, emergency point of contact, cleaning, inventory and departure check. This service is only available outside of event periods.

Emergencies
EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT will be your first point of call for emergencies: plumbing, electricity, burglary, damage etc
Other Services
EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT has access to the best restaurants, bars, private members clubs, hotels, fitness centres and would be happy to make reservations or bookings
We will attend the annual general meeting for the condominium on your behalf if the meeting takes place in the Cannes area. For this service you will be charged our hourly rate.
We are also happy to book or charter: Limousine service with drivers, helicopters, private jets and yachts for both you and your clients.
EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT will take care of any other reasonable and legal requests or tasks relating to the management of your property. For this service you may be charged per hour (for example waiting for furniture deliveries).
