Central Agent & Keyholder

EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT will be your main key holder and will co-ordinate all rentals whether this is via other agencies or for clients whom you send to us directly:

This will help avoid:

  • » Your apartment being rented out without your knowledge
  • » You having to deal with phone calls or mails from different agencies and clients
  • » Falling standards of your apartment
  • » Confusion about booking da

It will help by:

  • » Co-ordinating all bookings so you don’t have to deal with phone calls or mails from different agencies and clients
  • » Ensuring the apartment is maintained as you would like it to be.
  • » Liaising with staff i.e. cleaners, cooks, gardeners, etc

As your main key holder, we can offer for an added fee to take care of your direct clients during all periods that are outside of the events. We can simply be on call to your direct clients during their stay (hourly rate should we have to visit them) or alternatively, your client would sign an Everything Cannes contract and would follow the same rules and procedures as if it were Everything Cannes Rental’s client. This is to protect you for insurance purposes.

This would include providing contracts, insurance, welcome pack, meeting & greeting them and taking them to the apartment (during office hours for free), explaining facilities, being their point of contact throughout their stay and departure cleaning.

Technical Problems

Dealing with any service related problems by phone: Should you ever have an Internet, telephone problem etc. EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT will liaise with the French companies you have chosen and resolve the problems on your behalf and e-mail you the outcome.

We will make every effort to resolve any technical questions from clients regarding appliances in your property without bothering you.

Monthly, small maintenance services i.e. changing light bulbs etc. will be taken care of by EVERYTHING CANNES MANAGEMENT service. This will, of course, be done automatically and checked prior to and after the property has been rented by one of our companies. By signing the management contract you automatically authorise us to spend up to 100€ per month on maintenance for your property unless you inform us in writing that you do not want this service. This expenditure is to be reimbursed to us by you at a later date

My Everything Cannes

'My Everything Cannes’ is only available to those clients who have subscribed to our property management. You will be provided with your own password and user name so that you can log in to your own personal account on line. Your account will show a calendar of both past and future reservations.

You will be able to block off periods for your own personal use. You will be able to see your past rent rolls, indicating the amount of income that has been paid to you and the estimated amount of income that you will be receiving from future bookings. You will also find your monthly expense sheet indicating any items that have been bought for general maintenance of your apartment.

The yearly preventative maintenance report, plan and action will also be available for you to review along with any other property inspections carried out. You will also be able to post and receive messages via our intranet system
